Contact Form
When visitors fill out the contact form for our Priority Buyer’s List, the data entered in each field of the contact form is sent to us directly so we can add it to the Buyer’s List. WordPress, JetPack, or other security plugins that we are using may also transparently collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help us with spam detection on the back-end, but as far as the info you type in, that is all we visibly receive into our web email when someone adds themselves to the list.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you fill out any text fields on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have joined the Priority Buyer’s List on our site, you can email us to request your removal from the list at any time, and we will delete all information that you have provided.
